Application for Certificate Issuance Services

Applications allow subscribers (the Subordinate CA, in this case) to submit evidence for registration to request electronic certificates in order to pass examination by the Thailand NRCA.

Relevant Forms and Evidence:

1. Service user certificate request form.
2. Application evidence such as:
       - Memorandum of association/Certificate of the organization’s founding.
       - Letters appointing a person to act on behalf of the organization and certified by a person with signatory authority.
       - Certificate Policy and Certification Practice Statement for Certification Authority, etc.

Service Provision Model:

Service users are able to download request forms via the Thailand NRCA website to specify the details. Request forms/applications and evidence are then to be submitted to the Registration Authority, Thailand NRCA, to examine and approve the aforementioned request.
